- Your chosen date is a request – we check availability with our local partner and confirm by email.
- You pay only once it's confirmed. You receive the cancellation terms with the confirmation, before paying.

- You pay the full amount online by card. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
- The day before the trip we send you the pickup time.
