What data we process
The details you enter in a form: name, email, phone, number of travellers, the chosen date or trip, pickup location (hotel or address), travel preferences and your message. When you send a form we also store the time and a technical identifier that prevents duplicate submissions. When you pay, the payment gateway tells us the payment result, never your card details.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and to prepare and handle your order, including the related emails (confirmation, changes, refunds) – steps before entering into a contract and its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the forms against spam and misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't add your email to any newsletter without your explicit consent.
Who we share data with
The website, forms and order records run on infrastructure provided by Netlify, Inc. (processor).
Local partners who provide the trip or tour (for example the boat operator or guide) receive only what they need to run it: name, number of people, date and pickup location.
Some providers are based outside the EU; data is transferred under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or contract and to meet legal obligations (for example accounting).
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It stores only technical data in your browser, such as your chosen language and a draft of the form text so it isn't lost if something goes wrong.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live (in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
