The tour dates run from your arrival in Bali to your departure from Bali. You usually leave Europe the day before you land.

International flights aren't included – prices change daily and everyone flies from somewhere different (roughly from €800). After booking we recommend suitable connections and can buy the tickets for you. Boats in the programme are included.
Around Bali in an air-conditioned car or minibus with a driver, and to the islands by fast boat. You'll find every transfer on the day it happens in the programme and on the map.
The tours don't need a high level of fitness – average fitness is enough. Some walks down to beaches and to waterfalls are more demanding.
You can choose a single room for a supplement or ask to share a twin room with another solo traveller of the same gender. We confirm sharing only once a roommate is found; if not, the single-room supplement applies. We'll let you know in advance, before the final payment.
Payment is by bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed you pay a 35% deposit (within 3 days), and the 65% balance no later than 90 days before the tour starts. If you book less than 90 days before the start, the full amount is due once confirmed. You see the exact amounts and dates in the summary before you send your request, and you receive the payment details with your confirmation – in USD to our US account, or in EUR to our European account (SEPA). Bali experiences are paid in full only once the date is confirmed – the payment details appear after you accept the terms in the offer we send you, and the amount must reach our account within 48 hours of accepting the offer.
You can cancel a tour at any time before it starts. The cancellation fee is 20% of the total price 91 or more days before the start, 40% from 90 to 61 days, 60% from 60 to 31 days, 80% from 30 to 15 days and 100% from 14 days before the start or for a no-show. You can send someone else in your place if you tell us at least seven days ahead. We recommend cancellation insurance. For Bali experiences you see the cancellation terms before you pay. Slovak and Czech citizens can get a tourist Visa on Arrival or apply online in advance for an e-VOA at evisa.imigrasi.go.id. The fee is IDR 500,000; the visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended once in Indonesia for another 30 days. Your passport must be valid for at least six months. Fill in the All Indonesia arrival card no earlier than three days before arrival (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the app), and visitors to Bali pay a tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person – online in advance at lovebali.baliprov.go.id or at the airport. As of 30 September 2026 – rules change, so check the official sites before you travel.
