How ordering works

Tours: on this website you send a no-obligation booking request. A booking is made once we confirm your place and you pay the deposit as stated in the confirmation. Sending a form or joining the waiting list does not reserve a place and nothing is charged.

Trips are ordered in one of two ways; each trip shows which one applies before you send anything.

Instant order (trips with places allocated to us in advance): you pick a date from the calendar, read the cancellation terms before paying and pay the full amount. We hold the place while the payment page is valid (up to 31 minutes). The order is binding and confirmed once the payment succeeds.

Availability check: you send a no-obligation request, we check availability with our local partner and send you a payment link together with the cancellation terms. We hold the place until the time stated in the offer. The order is binding and confirmed once paid.

If we ever accept a payment we can't fulfil, we refund the full amount through the payment gateway and email you with your order number. We only offer another date with your agreement.

Prices

Tour prices are per person in a twin room, excluding international flights. The price of a specific date may vary with how full it is; the summary before you send a request shows the price for your number of travellers.

Each tour and trip lists what is and isn't included. Optional activities are marked and paid separately.

Before you pay you see the exact amount and currency the payment gateway will charge.

Payments

Tours: a deposit is due once your booking is confirmed, with the rest in instalments before the tour starts. If an instalment would already be due when you book, it's added to the deposit. You receive the exact amounts and dates in the confirmation.

Trips: the full amount is paid by card – straight away for an instant order, or via the link in the offer after an availability check.

Changes and cancellation

Tours: you receive the change and cancellation terms with your booking confirmation, before paying the deposit.

Trips: the cancellation terms, including cancellation due to weather or by the supplier, are shown when you order, before you pay. We store the version you accepted with your order.

Pickup for trips

You choose the pickup area when you order. You can add or change your hotel or address via the link in your confirmation until 8 pm (Bali time) the day before the trip; after that, message us. Changes outside the booked area are only possible by agreement, as they can affect transport and price.

Accommodation and rooms

Tours are based on twin/double rooms. Solo travellers can choose a single room for a supplement or ask to share; sharing is confirmed only once a roommate is found.

Insurance and travel documents

We recommend travel insurance including cancellation cover. Each traveller is responsible for a valid passport, visa and entry formalities; current rules are in the questions on each tour page.

If something isn't right during your trip, let us know on the spot so we can sort it out. Our contact details are also in your order confirmation.
