Questions about the tour
Got a question about this tour?
Send us a message and we'll help you decide.
Are flights included?
International flights aren't included – prices change daily and everyone flies from somewhere different (roughly from €800). After booking we recommend suitable connections and can buy the tickets for you. Boats in the programme are included.
Where will I sleep?
In twin/double rooms. For every tour you can see the type of accommodation at each stop; the accommodation images on the site are illustrative. The specific hotels are part of your booking confirmation, before you pay the deposit.
How do we get around?
The whole tour is on Bali, travelling by air-conditioned car or minibus with a driver. The only boat is on the optional Nusa Lembongan trip.
How fit do I need to be?
The tours don't need a high level of fitness – average fitness is enough. Some walks down to beaches and to waterfalls are more demanding. The Rinjani trek is a separate trip for fitter travellers.
I'm travelling solo. What about my room?
You can choose a single room for a supplement or ask to share a twin room with another solo traveller of the same gender. We confirm sharing only once a roommate is found; if not, the single-room supplement applies. We'll let you know in advance, before the final payment.
How do payments work?
Once your booking is confirmed you pay a deposit, and the rest in instalments before the tour starts. If you book late and an instalment would already be due, it's added to the deposit. You see the exact amounts and dates in the summary before you send your request. Trips are paid in full by card – straight away for an instant order, otherwise via the link we send once availability is confirmed.
What if I need to change or cancel?
For tours you receive the change and cancellation terms with your booking confirmation, before you pay the deposit; for trips you see them before you pay. If something changes, write to us as soon as you can – we'll look for a way for you to travel.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, by as many days as you like. We'll arrange accommodation, transfers and trips – just add a note when you book.
Do I need a visa?
Slovak and Czech citizens can get a tourist Visa on Arrival or apply online in advance for an e-VOA at evisa.imigrasi.go.id. The fee is IDR 500,000; the visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended once in Indonesia for another 30 days. Your passport must be valid for at least six months. Fill in the All Indonesia arrival card no earlier than three days before arrival (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the app), and visitors to Bali pay a tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person – online in advance at lovebali.baliprov.go.id or at the airport. As of 30 September 2026 – rules change, so check the official sites before you travel.
