Are the itinerary and PDF really free?
Yes. View the full itinerary without signing up and download it as a PDF for free. You only need to enter an email address if you want us to send it to your inbox.
Who creates the itinerary?
AI creates a draft using our travel knowledge, years of organising trips in Bali, tried-and-tested combinations of places and our selection of experiences. Our system then checks overnight stays, transfers, boat journeys, Nyepi, children’s ages and time to rest. Check schedules and prices when booking.
What if I’ve already booked a hotel?
Enter the area and nights you’ve booked. We’ll keep those stays exactly as they are and plan the remaining nights around your preferences.
Can the itinerary include other islands?
Yes: Nusa Lembongan and Ceningan, Nusa Penida, the Gilis, Lombok, or a separate section with a Komodo cruise. Choose between a day trip and an overnight stay where those options are available.
Can I plan a Bali trip with children?
Yes. Enter your children’s ages so the itinerary can adapt the pace and activities. Check the specific requirements of each experience when booking.
Does the planner book accommodation and experiences?
The planner creates a proposed itinerary. Choose your accommodation in the suggested area and follow the experience links for details and bookings. Creating an itinerary does not book anything.
How does sharing work?
Create a link valid for 30 days. Your itinerary is not listed in search engines, but anyone with the link can open it. You can keep the downloaded PDF for later.
How do you use my data?
We don’t need your name or identity documents to create a plan. We send your form details (trip length, dates, children’s ages, interests and wishes) to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate it. Generation jobs are deleted within 24 hours; the finished plan remains in your browser. Shared plans are stored for 30 days. Your email is used to send the plan, not to subscribe you to a mailing list.
