Bali beach club day passes: what is included and how to choose
A Bali beach club day pass does not mean the same thing everywhere. Some clubs charge for entry, others set a minimum spend for a sunbed, others sell packages with credit. We show the differences using CANNA in Nusa Dua as an example.

What kind of beach club day do you want
A Bali beach club day pass usually gets you entry and a spot based on the package you choose; a sunbed, pool, food or credit are not automatically part of every offer. So start by asking what kind of day you want: a calm rest by the sea, a day by the pool, or music and an evening atmosphere.
Well-known clubs such as FINNS, Atlas or Savaya are separate venues with their own terms and reservations, and we do not sell tickets for them. What we offer is a day pass to CANNA Beach Club in Nusa Dua. In this article it serves as a concrete example, not as the only right choice.
Day pass, minimum spend and reserving a spot
| Model | How it works | What to watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Entry and regular seating | You pay to spend time at the venue and get a spot with no further commitment | A sunbed or food may not be included |
| Minimum spend | You get a spot, such as a sunbed, if you spend a set amount on food and drink | If you spend less, you usually pay the difference anyway; tax and service may be extra |
| Package with credit | Part of the price is available to you as food and drink credit | Credit is not unlimited consumption; anything beyond the credit is paid on site |
Spots with the best view tend to be limited. When you reserve directly with a club, a table or sunbed is often held only for a short time after your agreed arrival, so if you are running late, let the club know.
What the CANNA offer in Nusa Dua includes
CANNA Beachfront is a beach club with a pool right on the beach in Nusa Dua, and according to its website it is open every day. In our selection you will find the CANNA Beach Club day pass. When booking, you choose a package, and it decides where you sit and what you get to eat and drink.
- What is included: Day-long entry, the pool and regular seating.
- What is not automatically included: A daybed or premium seating unless your package explicitly lists it, as well as massages and transport.
- Credit: If your package includes it, check the amount. Anything you order beyond the credit is paid on site.
- Rules: You cannot bring your own food and drink into the club, and your exact spot depends on availability.

The offer is meant for regular days. If a special event is taking place at the club, check the conditions in advance.
Kids, couples and larger groups
With kids: According to its website, CANNA has a space for children's games and beach activities. Age conditions depend on the package, so check them before booking. Keep an eye on children at all times by the pool and in the sea.
As a couple: If you want your own sunbed or daybed, choose a package that explicitly lists it. Regular seating is more for swimming and a short rest.
In a group: Check that you all fit in one area, and agree in advance who pays for anything beyond the credit. Larger groups often arrange their booking directly with the club.
This kind of day may not suit you if you are looking for an all-day party into the night or want a guaranteed sunbed without paying extra.
Pick a day and type of entry
First pick a day, ideally a regular one without a big event. Then the type of entry: a basic package for swimming and relaxing, or a higher package with a sunbed and credit if you want comfort all day.
Nusa Dua is in the south of the island. If you are not staying nearby, a car with driver that waits for you is more comfortable. Agree on the route in advance within the booked area, and keep in mind that club entry is not included. If you want to end the day somewhere else, you can also catch a sunset in Uluwatu on the Bukit peninsula.
